In this interview, the two discussed the importance of patients staying in contact with their doctors for the sake of reducing public health risks and to discuss ongoing care options with them. This action supports Dr. Hayworth’s concern that over the next couple of years the country could see a spike in preventable disease and death because of missed or delayed screening for skin cancer, gynecological issues, and other health conditions.
