I have heard of the benefits of the cold plunge and cryotherapy, so last December, I stepped out of my comfort zone and started a habit of going into my cold pool. In this episode, I share with you the positive effects of this habit on my mindset and resiliency. It was not a pleasant experience when I first stepped into the cold pool, but I said I would do it, and I did it. Since then, it has been a refreshing addition to my routine and has strengthened me. It has made me more tuned in to what's right for me.
