Are you struggling with self-confidence? I have something that I would like to share with you that I call “The Three B’s”. First, focus on what goes into your brain. What are you telling yourself? Second, develop a consistent routine for your body. You can’t forget to keep your mind and body in shape. Finally, your bonds; strengthen the bonds you have with people by reaching out and asking for, and giving advice.
Remember, you're not what people tell you you are, or what you look like - focus on your thoughts, body and relationships to increase and monitor how that alone can boost your self esteem.
