Have you ever heard somebody say this: "I've got a problem"? Most of the time, when you hear people talk about their problems, they are focused on only talking about the problem. Wouldn't it be more productive to put more focus on the solution to the problem instead? I want to encourage you to put problems down on paper so that you can actually see them, act on them, and make a decision. It’s not about being right or wrong, but rather finding the highest probability of achieving the desired results.
