Episode Synopsis

The first in the short features series, Saturday the 10th of October is World Mental Health day. In order to try and start an open discussion around mental health and to increase self awareness I spoke to a few people about what mental health means to them, and how they look after their own mental health. The over riding response to me was that having a routine and doing some form of exercise are common coping methods; However there are many, many more. Most of which are highly individual.Remember, you are not alone; we all have Mental Health. And there is no better time to start talking about it than now.
