CNN was a television pioneer in 24/7 news, but real news is no longer their “stock and trade.” Founded in 1980 by American media proprietor Ted Turner, CNN operates from its headquarters in Atlanta, GA, with offices in major cities worldwide. In their 44-year history, they have gone from being a reliable news source to mere propaganda and one-sided political hacks. Real journalism is dead, and their ethics and honesty are highly questionable. Tonight (Thursday, June 27th) CNN will “pretend” to be a news network with the presidential debate.
