We are currently facing a pandemic like no other in our lifetime. The Covid-19 virus has confined most of us to our homes, but there is a silver lining to this worldwide tragedy. We have the opportunity to grow spiritually as we sit in isolation. Ironically, in spite of this confinement, it is easier for many of us to do everything but, sit quietly and grow spiritually. In this episode we will examine the reason why as well as offer practical ways to use this time in a spiritually constructive way.
