Have you ever behaved emotionally during a very challenging situation at work?  Have you ever "told someone off" because they had it coming?  Ever act out of character while driving and become some Road Warrior?  Well, I'm sure we have all experienced these things, but afterward, we feel embarrassed or ashamed.  Or we discover something about the personal life of the individual we have been gossiping about and we realize why they act the way they act...   Have you ever experienced the forgiveness of others when you have acted in an unusual way?
Well, there's always more information than we know about:  Their history, their current situations, or just their inability to build relationships or handle pressure.
During this podcast, we will talk about these things and about some real examples in my life.  There will be a lot to consider well and, hopefully, you will be able to respond to these common circumstances in a respectful and responsible way.
