Some of my Craftsman V20 lithium-ion batteries are not powering my tools. They show fully charged by their chargers, the on-battery LEDs show fully charged and my Ohm meter shows 21 volts. I have three models of chargers, a full size CMCB102, a mid sized model CMCB101 and the smallest model CMCB1104. I'm suspecting the CMCB101 is the culprit. When the batteries are fully charged, the lights go off where on the other chargers the green LED goes from blinking to solid when fully charged.
