We're working on systems, processes, and streamlining everything we're doing.  We're trying to embody our core values, in terms of our employees, and teaching them to the clients we serve. We're establishing outcomes measures, that allow us to get a baseline when we first bring on a client, when we reassess in 6 months, and in 1 year. We're dealing with 3 audits, creating an employee handbook, and creating repeatable systems in regards to billing and payroll.
