Bring God into everything.When negative thoughts come, the antidote is to bring them into the Light.Yogananda said, “You can’t get rid of darkness in a room by beating at it with a stick, you have to turn the light on.”When we  look at the negative side long enough, we ourselves take on  negative qualities.
