Paris based luxury hospitality brand Fauchon is the focus of this episode with Phil Blizzard talking to Jacques-Olivier Chauvin who commences the conversation by highlighting their 100 year history - from Luxury Teas Shops to Luxury Hotels. Jacques explains why they selected Dubai 'born and based' Aleph Hospitality for a partnership to develop their brand across the Middle East and the appeal of their product to 'high net work females in the region.  No stranger to the region Fauchon,  with a strong presence in Kuwait and Bahrain, are looking to open in Dubai.
