In this episode the mic is turned on Bek Brown from Bsoulfulpodcast. I was on Bek's podcast as a guest last year and enjoyed our chat so much I had to invite her on the TWP podcast to continue our conversation on being purpose driven and on running a passion project successfully and joyfully. Bek shares with me how she got started in producing her podcast as a passion project and how she manages this with a corporate role. She discusses how we can learn about ourselves in any role and even when it isn't exactly the "big" role that we are currently in how important it is to give 100% of ourselves. Bek's podcast is all about learning about others and having soulful conversations, a love she has going way back from a conversation she had with her colleague. She also shares her organisation and planning tips and her love of journaling & writing things down which inspires the action and also plays a big part in her self care practice.
