I love taking breaks. Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. Now if you've ever worked with me, you know that I don't take very many breaks. But here's why I'm saying I love taking breaks, I know that my body needs a break, my brain needs a break. And also I need to take a break so I can stay focused. If we don't actually take things in small chunks. You get overwhelmed, you lack commitment, and you really become unmotivated because it become overwhelming. Remember, everything we do is about muscle. And even if it's just your brain muscle, if you don't take enough breaks, it just doesn't work. When I'm working hard, I'll take as many breaks as I need to, to get motivated and to make sure I can stay focused and committed to what I'm doing. I also typically write it out before I do it, or at least I have a plan in my mind. And I also know when I'm done for the day so that I don't overwork Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
