What actually is focus? Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome will focus is actually when we are able to stay sustained and our motivation and our commitment and stay focused. Now I know that you know, sometimes it's difficult to stay focused, especially if you have any distractions. But if motivation and commitment are present, it's really hard to stay focused. One of the ways to stay focused is to have a slow progress in what you're doing, and have a plan for the in the game like when you're going to quit or when you're going to be done or when it's actually done. If you don't have a plan at the end of it, then you're going to lose focus because if we don't know what we're doing along the way we get distracted, so have some type of a methodical plan going forward to help you stay focused on whatever you're working on. I often actually write out what I want to do in advance so I can stay focused. Remember, commitment, motivation and focus are all a muscle focus being the last one and if you don't lose focus makes you have a really good plan. Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
