Don't take on more than you can handle How many things are you juggling?Be clear and assertive Did you communicate your boundary or did you just assume that people knew what it was? This will take practiceIf people can’t respect your boundaries, learn to walk awayTransformation Application: Get a piece of paper and journal a past experience where you felt uncomfortable, angry, or resentful.
