Episode Synopsis

Host Helen Lee gets to the crux of what true transformation and thriving means to her. She looks at the need to be vigilant about keeping ourselves healthy at all levels - physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, as well as financially and relationally. And advocates systemically going beyond fear and accessing our inner power and wisdom, steadily and deliberately shifting towards being our Future Self. In this episode, she also poses a series of self-coaching questions to support you to begin or augment your reviewing and reinventing yourself and all areas of your life.
KEY TAKEAWAYS
Raising our Spiritual Quotient which has to be the foundation for our IQ and EQ will raise our consciousness and intelligence to a much higher level than the mind can possibly. The strategy and solution is to combine both the intelligence of the mind and that of the highest aspects of who we are.
It is not about being stoical and calm and being in denial of the chaos around you. It is about developing a high spiritual intelligence to be able to create the results you want.
Regardless of whether we have jobs or run multinational companies or our own small businesses or have no work and income at all, it still comes down to facing ourselves at the personal level. We ALL still need to look at where we are at, what really matters to us and what we need to transform within ourselves and in all areas of our lives in order to thrive.
The pandemic can be a great gift for us. It forces us to really look at ourselves so that we can step up and course-correct, such that we can make a real difference to our lives, the lives of others around us or even the world.
Start with maximising sovereignty over our own individual selves to take charge of how we think, feel and act; and have dominion over our own internal states. This way, we will go beyond survival for ourselves and collaborate with others.
We shift our thinking from “what’s in it for me” to “what can we co-create together”, from fear to love, scarcity consciousness to an abundance mentality.
The next ten years will present challenges and opportunities galore and we need all the power and wisdom we have within us to meet them and thrive immeasurably rather than struggle and suffer or moan incessantly, without make any real changes.
Review your progress. Make the necessary changes. Take action to move forward. Keep your word to yourself as well as others. Delve way deeper than you’ve ever done before and forge ahead powerfully and from a much higher level of consciousness than you’ve ever done before
BEST MOMENTS
“I would like to assure you that it is very possible to adopt a path that connects us with our own innate wisdom and power we all have inside ourselves.”
“Do you have great clarity about the life you want for yourself? Have you taken the necessary steps towards materialising any or all of it including clearing and going beyond any fears stopping you from doing so?”
“We need to go beyond griping about what’s happening around us and to start taking charge.”
“Take some time out for yourself to reflect on the questions I pose to you and some of the ideas I have presented to you.”
“Think of it as being exciting and challenging in a positive way that will benefit us personally and humanity collectively. We can really make history now - together. We can have a revolution to exponentially evolve and co-create all that our hearts and souls long for - for ourselves individually and the world.”
