Here's the thing about giving advice: often, we are the ones most in need of taking the advice we're giving others.  This is especially true in parenting, where we are in a supposed position of "authority" that makes giving advice (or orders!) very common.  But are we taking the advice we're giving our kids, or are we giving off an attitude of "do as I say, not as I do?"  In this episode, we dive in on the advice we give our kids but should be doing a better job taking ourselves. Just a warning: we do occasionally swear in these episodes.  It's who we are, and we believe in giving you an authentic picture of ourselves.  We don't curse like sailors, but if you are listening with younger kids around, we warned you!If you enjoyed the episode, would you please leave a quick rating or review on Apple Podcasts for us?
