Send us a textToday I had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Masters WR holder - John Cocks.John is such a humble and unassuming man, who before discovering Masters Swimming in his late 60's, represented Australia for the Wallabies in Rugby Union and pioneered laparoscopic abdominal surgery in Australia. He parlayed that determination and drive into Masters Swimming and has never looked back.  We chat about his training; the way he approaches his races and his mindset in some of those WR individual medley swims.  What is even more astonishing, is that John learnt how to swim butterfly in his 70's!
