We discussed his swimming journey and how at 34 yrs of age and 10 years post retirement, he has been able to swim a near personal best in the 50 FRS at the recent Australian Nationals. Why did he get back in and race? How did he swim so fast?  What type of training has Andrew been doing to get back to that near lifetime best.
