The Talmud is the foundational text of the Judaism we practice today. Together, R. Marcus will lead you through a complex, legal discussion on the limits of rabbinic authority in the enactment of protective Torah guard-rails as to prevent a Jew from violating the Torah in tractate Shabbat.
