In this episode, Charles shares a story that he was standing in his office with his back to the office street entrance talking with several of his team when suddenly, the entrance door flung open, and his team members disappeared. It was almost as though someone had passed wind, and the smell was overwhelming! The receptionist had gone to lunch, so no one was attending the front desk at the time. Charles turned to see what the commotion was all about, and there stood this short new Australian lady who wore a filthy dress. Charles was the only one visible to her as the rest of the team had already judged her, and as far as they were concerned, she had just come in off the street looking for a few dollars to buy her next drink. Judge Charles, all you like while you listen to this story, but this is common in every industry. People are so quick to judge someone based on their appearance without even understanding how this person got to be in the state they were in.
