On this episode, I talk to Mr. Amin Soolari, a fourth-year dental student. He explains his journey through dental school, what each year has to offer the students and how to overcome the challenges of each year. Mr. Soolari also goes to tell the story of how he found dentistry and gave up this childhood dream of being an astronaut. He will inspire any student who may have been told they are not good enough for dental school or should just give up on applying to dental school. He explains how he refused to take "no" for an answer and how that was the best decision he ever made. He is now in the process of applying for an oral surgery residency, so he explains to us how the new process works and what to expect as you go through applying for specialty training. Enjoy.
