Episode Synopsis "I Just Can’t Workout At Home"
Honestly I’m with you and I totally get it. I prefer to workout in a group myself and up until a week ago I thought that was the only way I could workout too because I’ve literally never worked out at home by myself. But over this past week I’ve had to since I care about my health and fitness and it’s my only current option. The first workout alone was a little weird but then I started to get into a routine and now I have my spot set up at home and it really isn’t so bad now! And you know, you aren’t alone. We have had a lot of members feel that way too and now they are sending us testimonials about how they like that they can’t be late, they can do it with their kids, and that there are a lot of advantages actually!
