Gavin Bloemen is one out of three certified Shadow Work Coaches in Sweden (Cliff Barry Cert.). We had a juicyand long talk about shadow sides and how they are turned into gold if we dare to see them in our selves. Usually, the shadows are what You least expect them to be. No wonder we call them shadow sides 😊I met Gavin at the Malmö Tantra Festival where I was Facilitating two Workshops and Gavin was also facilitating with his lovely colleague Martin. I just happened to walkinto his workshop and bam! I got to see my shadows which I talk about detailed in the podcast and how I dealed with them. It was a walk in the park (in Malmö)for me, together with my inner child and the protector. But it can also be pure hell if You are not willing to see those sides with compassion.We also talked about the protectors who really wants nothing but to protect You, but can be verry limiting as You grow older in life. Protectors are parts of You that don’t want You to get mor hurt than You did as Young.
