I realized when filming this how much I normally mask pain when recording because, without the cam, you'd never know I was shifting in my chair constantly or moving the mic - because I'd hit pause, adjust, pause, adjust, even between sentences. I thought for quite a while about even posting this video because I feel exposed. Vulnerable. Like you might watch this and be turned off because it's not professional and it's ever-present. I advocate for people who deal with chronic issues because I do too - but I also saw in the playback of this that I was having a great time. Laughing, joking, theorizing. And so the discomfort you see here, this bit I've exposed about myself, is just me being human.
