Clients are now using these platforms to analyse contracts and generate complaints - often after completion - creating new challenges for law firms. In his own firm he acknowledges the impact it is having and shares some of his own strategies to support staff and placate clients.While AI can’t replace legal expertise, it’s fuelling unrealistic expectations and undermining professional judgement.
