Some of the factors that will influence home prices is obviously rates and demand, when rates come down demand will continue to rise. Limited inventory drives the price up. Prices could go down if there is a severe economic downturn, but this is unlikely. We believe prices will go up. Right now where rates are, it's a buyers market, but if rates go down, it can easily turn into a sellers market.
