Send us a textI can assure you that when me and my boyhood buddies were growing up in Taylor County, not a damn one of us ever had the thought that when we became old men we'd find ourselves on hands and knees trying to put a "Chicken Saddle" on the back of a dang chicken.Life has a funny way of turning out.  Pulling weeds, cleaning gutters, pruning flowers, or the real possibility of back saddles on a freakin' chicken.  Life can be funny and throw curveballs I never saw coming.I honestly believe it would be easier trying to stuff a rusted thumbtack up a wounded bobcat's ass than trying to put a saddle on a chicken.
