David is in the process of launching a new venture, the DAZA Consulting Group. DAZA focuses on small businesses, non-profits and entrepreneurs seeking better ways to improve organizational and individual performance. The service offerings include leadership and coaching, team effectiveness, organizational design, strategy development and implementation. A full launch is slated for later this year.In June of 2017, David was selected to serve as the President and CEO of Project QUEST, Inc., a non-profit organization and workforce development agency. Project QUEST provides underemployed and unemployed individuals access to comprehensive resources, job training and coaching to achieve thriving wage employment. David successfully guided QUEST through a period of unprecedented growth and transition. David retired as President and CEO in January 2023.David retired from USAA, in December 2016, a Fortune 100 Company, after 32 years of exceptional professional achievement.
