Stephanie Fullerton has worked as a commercial escrow officer and at a title production software vendor. This mix of industry experience over the course of a decade revealed the gaps between those working in the industry, those regulating it, and those providing technology solutions. In response, she eventually founded Streamline Consulting to help title companies bridge these gaps, become more efficient, and reach their business goals. In my conversation with Stephanie, we discuss how title companies can evaluate solutions for better data management, preventing cyberattacks, training teams to use the software in a way that suits their operations, and driving more awareness of the industry.
