On March 27, 2023, Katherine Koonce, Mike Hill, Cynthia Peak, Hallie Scruggs, William Kinney, and Evelyn Dieckhaus lost their lives to a shooter at The Covenant School in Nashville, TN. The impact extends beyond the victims, affecting their families, staff, students, first responders, and the community. This series seeks to amplify their voices. Through conversations with people in this community, we explore lessons in crisis response and the lasting effects of tragedy.  This podcast series is about honoring those affected, the importance of storytelling in healing, learning how we can be better prepared for unthinkable events, and finding a path forward. Preparedness is vital, but so is supporting survivors in the aftermath. To those who shared your stories--thank you. Your voices matter, and the world needs to hear them.
