Bruce co-founded three successful private equity firms including Parthenon Capital, Hastings Equity Partners and Lexington Search Fund Capital. Bruce has been involved in more than 30 Private Equity transactions (buy & sell-side), raised over $1.3B capital, in addition to numerous individual private investments. Bruce is a frequent guest lecturer at Babson College, Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Michigan Business School. He has an undergraduate degree in BSME from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, MS in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
