I have definitely been in those moments where I no longer have the will to do a task or continue something I have been actively engaging in. This varies from workouts, to writing, painting, content creation, communicating something to someone, the list goes on.. Iv noticed in my experience that taking a step back from something often offers a chance to come back better. I do not have the science or hack around why, I just noticed that it's been a constant in different aspects of my experience.Have you ever experienced something like this?
