He gave us some of his valuable time to discuss digital marketing, including tips for sole traders to consider for their brand strategy for 2023. Brendon has a very colourful and diverse background similar to mine. He worked in fast food for many years and as a concrete labourer before making a foundation career move with Neumann Steel. It’s here where he worked his way through many different roles over seven years. His savvy digital media experience eventually made him the perfect candidate for a position in marketing, and it’s been an epic journey of progression ever since. Through various networking events, Brendon connected with Tim Dawson, CEO of Lauxes, and forged a new relationship. Now, he’s leading a division within the group and kicking goals every day! I love this story because of Brendon’s ambitious nature and curiosity to step out of his comfort zone and have a go!
