Bio:
Xia Ke is a producer/DJ raised and based in Beijing. He has a root of alternative for being the founder of a shogaze/noise-pop band which "took a significant part in the tiny shoegaze scene of China''. Inspired by many melodic & ambient giants, he started to produce techno/house music in the end of 2019. In July 2021, he released his debut album "Cats Never Been Here", which was supported by some talented DJs around the world in their podcasts or live. Meanwhile he started DJing. Xia Ke's production and track selection mainly focus on melodic house & techno, organic house, ethereal techno, minimal techno, deep techno and dub techno, although he always tries to step outside the boundary of any sub genres of techno or house. All his production is connected by a desire to explore the unknown.
