Rachel Richeson joins Coach Frontier to talk about her journey as thrower. Rachel started as a sprinter and hurdler in high school, slowly found her way to the throws her junior year after giving the discus a try. After a solid career at Notre Dame University she has found a post collegiate home working with coach AG Krueger at Ashland. Rachel has skyrocketed to #6 on the Women's All-Time Hammer list with her 78.80 performance in April and has now made the US World Championship team and is headed to Tokyo. LISTEN NOW.
