Listen "Faith vs. Reason (part 5)"
Episode Synopsis
The repeated references in scripture to empirical evidence as reasons to believe should tell us something about faith. Why do we have faith in the God of the bible and not the god of the Koran or other gods?—because all the evidence points to the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob as the one we should trust. The Evidence establishes parameters as to who or what should be the proper object of our faith. To have faith in anything else would go against reason, and that is something that God simply doesn’t do. Faith and reason are inseparable. They are like Siamese twins.
