This week we discuss how to handle our Shadows and how to meet them where They are with Love while Staying Grounded in our Light. You are the version of you that lives in the Right Now. You are Not what you went through, who you Were in survival mode, or who the people around you Told you to be. But those versions need Love too. They still need what they never got. Remember who you are. And meet their needs. As you know, you are Infinite, you have All they need. Some of those shadows may just be waiting for someone to Hear them, spare some Time. And recognize that you have the power to Change. You Can do differently, you can change the programming. When you change the way you think, you change how you feel within. Peace comes from within, Learn to Listen. Your highest self is the Voice of this vessel, your traumas cannot speak for you. Don’t let them get past the surface.
