Shylla Webb believes people already have what they need within and is dedicated to guiding people on how to unlock their full potential in the areas of social, emotional, and mental health. 
 
She shows others how to live a VIBRANT life in and out of the workplace by cultivating: Vulnerability, Integrity, Boundaries, Resiliency, Authenticity, Nurturing, and Thankfulness within themselves and when working with others. 
 
With her extensive Mindfulness practice, Yoga Certification, certification in Compassion Fatigue/Burnout, and more than 20 years studying & teaching Social Emotional Learning (SEL) working in the public school system, Shylla set out on a mission to get this information out to as many people as she can.
