Listen "51. Dealing with a tough transition"
Episode Synopsis
Today I walk you through 5-strategies to help you through tough transitions. We've all been there, in fact, I was recently there as I transitioned through moving to a different state and becoming a preacher's wife. I'm here to tell you you're not alone and I want to provide you strategies to move through your changes to blossom on the other side. Here are some quick tips to help you process the changes you're going through and keep on moving through and in life. Take responsibility for your choices. Take charge of your thoughts and leave out the negativity. Get some new friends and change the company you keep. Instead of regretting what you lost, celebrate what you've stepped into. Blossom! Which one of these strategies have helped you the most? I'd love for you to share. Thank you so much for listening and I look forward to reading your stories!
