She is an author, speaker and thought leader. A passionate advocate for young, black women, Keturah’s life mission is to be an ambassador of freedom to black women. In her own words, she was meant to be an unmarried black woman, absent of children, living a joy-filled, fulfilling life. Keturah’s award-winning memoir, No Thanks: Black, Female, and Living in the Martyr-Free Zone, is a collection of essays chronicling her challenges and reflections on living while Black, woman, single and childfree around the globe.
