Well I, for one, have done just that, and it has improved my life beyond measure. Becoming aware of the power that our thoughts actually have over how our lives look is something that is often underestimated or laughed off as 'woowoo' nonsense, but I beg to differ.  I talk about how I came to explore this subject, the positive impact it has had on my life, and the various practices that I do every day that have made - and continue to make - my life better.Even if you're sceptical, have a listen, because mindset truly is everything and this stuff works!
