This phenomena just recently made the news regarding people's motivation or lack thereof. Many are tired of living to work especially if companies don't provide benefits. Many are opting to do what needs to be done no more no less and for reason employers can't seem to wonder why. Which tells me they are out of touch with their staff. It is my conclusion that we are NOW going through an evolution of work culture. People are finally waking up and change is inevitable. In order to move forward we must get rid of certain aspect of the past that do not fit in todays culture that actually do more harm than good. We must let those in power know NO MORE!!!!
