It’s officially autumn in the Deep South! I saw it last week when I drove to Birmingham for a meeting. The leaves were finally shining in all their autumn glory, just like it was supposed to be last month when we went to Mentone. It finally rained and Mother Nature got the message that it was time for fall to arrive. We haven’t had much rain up to now.
