Brock Murphy was born in Plano, Texas and grew up in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. As a teenager, he raised and bred Longhorn cattle and held national office in the American Quarter Horse Association. He attended Texas A&M University and, upon graduation, interned at the White House in the department of Management and Budget. Following that, he worked for Space X and a French Aerospace Company, Interstellar Lab. Currently, he is working at Parent Protech, a company he cofounded to help schools and parents navigate technology to keep children safe. Brock presently makes his home in Houston, Texas.
