Erin Mayfield, DO is a lifestyle medicine physician and retired gynecologist. She is excited to announce the opening of her new medical practice, Lifestyle Medicine Wellness and Recovery, LLC which will deliver services on a telemedicine platform, so patients can access care in the privacy of their homes. Her practice will provide live interactive sessions to instruct in whole plant food eating, cooking classes, exercise, stretch meditation and communication skills. She practiced obstetrics and gynecology for almost 30 years in Georgia before moving to Pensacola, FL in 2018. She has started the first Walk With a Doc chapter in the Florida panhandle and all are welcome to attend!
