Today's episode features a unique guest, Fuana, a channeled ancient ancestor who resided on earth during the age of Atlantis. Fuana speaks through Chris Berry, a master musician of the African drums and Mbira, who studied and lived amongst the Shona people in Zimbabwe for many years of his youth, where he was initiated as a spirit medium. Fuana, also referred to lovingly as "grandfather," or his nickname, "Haha,"  is a kind hearted and funny spirit, who shares insightful wisdom from the perspective of the spirit world, and also shares about traditions within his community during his time on earth 10,000 years ago.
