Today we're talking about anxiety, a topic that has been requested for quite some time and I figured, why not chat about it. There is a lot that I wanna say on anxiety. I know enough of you suffer from it. And unfortunately it's on the rise, especially in the United States.

There are many precursors to that. There are many reasons. Today I'm going to be providing my perspective on this predicament, and hopefully we are gonna be able to unwind our way out of this predicament together.
