A short and sweet profile to end of Women's History Month (March). in 1923 the Parliament Act was finally amended to allowed to run as candidates for elections at state and federal levels. It took ten years, but eventually, Lady Millie Peacock was elected to the seat of Allendale. Listen in to hear how the media responded to her election and how she felt about her time as an MP.
